All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rd999 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. rd999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

rd999 reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other illegal activity. Bonuses and Promotions

rd999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated when the bonus is awarded:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household address, and per payment method unless stated otherwise. rd999 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a particular promotion.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or over rd999.
• Registering or operating more than one account in your own name or in the name of any third party for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform. rd999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform's software for personal gain. Any winnings derived from a software malfunction are void and will be reversed.
• Providing false identity or age information, using another person's identity, or allowing another person to use your account. rd999 will take all available legal action against persons who engage in identity fraud on the Platform.

If prohibited conduct is detected, rd999 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all open bets, and withhold any account balance pending investigation. rd999's decisions on matters of prohibited conduct are final.
